About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) expert to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to drive financial planning, analysis, and decision-making across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain detailed financial models to support business planning and forecasting;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth;
  • Analyse financial data to inform business decisions and drive efficiency improvements;
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication of financial information;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in FP&A.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in Accounting or Finance;
  • 5+ years' experience in FP&A, preferably in a similar industry;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts effectively;
  • Experience with financial planning and analysis software, such as Adaptive Insights;
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
