Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy to drive business improvement initiatives.

- Sustain business processes and lead continuous improvement efforts to ensure long-term success.
- Possess qualifications in business process improvement or change management, along with 5+ years of experience in similar roles.
- Have the ability to lead and manage teams, influencing behavioral and cultural change, as well as applying diagnostic approaches and problem-solving techniques.
