Organisation Transformation Specialist

As a key member of the Leadership Development team, you will be responsible for driving organisational transformation and development initiatives across multiple functions.

  • Work closely with the Chief People Officer to develop and implement strategic plans that align with business objectives.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to embed employee value propositions and drive organisational change.
  • Partner with the Transformation Office to develop and deploy culture and leadership transformation agendas.

You will also be responsible for staying ahead of marketplace trends, analysing new developments and ideas, and driving networks that deliver stakeholder value.

Key Requirements:
  • Passionate about driving organisational change and enhancing employee experience.
  • Practical experience of organisational transformation and/or change management.
  • Confident to manage yourself and lead key stakeholders as the organisation transforms.
