Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a Change Manager to drive transformational organisational change and lead the process for embedding sustainable change within organisations.

This role requires a skilled professional who can navigate the complexities of large-scale transformation projects, implement new ways of working, and deliver end-to-end change management priorities.

The Role:

Driving strategic transformation initiatives, leading stakeholder engagement, managing project resources, conducting business impact assessments, and developing effective communications plans.

Desired Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in delivering transformation projects, implementing new processes, and driving cultural change. Demonstrated ability to plan and deliver complex change initiatives in an ambiguous environment. Effective stakeholder engagement, communication, and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with change management principles and methodologies (Agile, Prosci).
