Transformational Change Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking a strategic change leader to drive successful adoption and embedment of transformational initiatives that shape our future.

Your Impact:

  • Develop and implement effective change management strategies to drive engagement and readiness.
  • Partner with senior leaders and key stakeholders to embed change across operating models, ways of working, structures, people, and technology.
  • Lead training, communications, and capability uplift to build change resilience and readiness.
  • Strengthen our enterprise-wide change capability, ensuring lasting impact and value for employees.
  • Champion inclusion and psychological safety throughout all change activities, ensuring all employee levels are heard and considered.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years' experience leading complex change programs, particularly in technology-driven transformation impacting operating models, people, structure, and process.
  • Proven ability to translate high-level strategic objectives into actionable change management plans, ensuring alignment with organisational priorities.
  • Deep knowledge of change management methodologies, principles, and best practices, particularly in complex, stakeholder-driven environments.
  • Expertise in conducting change diagnostics and readiness assessments, surfacing insights to shape interventions.
