About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Change and Communications Manager to lead our organisation's transformation initiatives.

  • Ambitious leaders with over 10 years' success driving strategic change across complex environments, you will spearhead organisational change initiatives and communications that align closely with our strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute effective change management strategies that align with our vision for growth.
  • Evaluate organisational readiness for change through thorough impact analysis and collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Establish open lines of communication between business units and functional teams to ensure clarity and cohesion.
  • Cultivate strong partnerships with Project Managers to embed change management into project planning and delivery.
  • Foster stakeholder engagement and alignment at all levels to build support and shared ownership of change initiatives.
  • Create engaging training programs to equip employees with the skills needed for successful adoption.
  • Monitor progress, measure success, and adjust strategies as necessary to maintain momentum.
  • Anticipate and address resistance using a thoughtful and empathetic approach to guide teams through transition.
  • Coach leaders and mentor teams to develop their skills in leading change confidently.
  • Promote resilience and identify opportunities for growth to build internal capacity to thrive amid change.
