
Organisational Transformation Specialist

This position plays a critical role in driving successful adoption and implementation of strategic and transformational initiatives that shape the future.
The Organisational Change Lead sits within the Strategy & Transformation (S&T) team, responsible for designing and implementing fit-for-purpose change management and communication strategies to drive engagement and readiness.
Key objectives include partnering with senior leaders and key stakeholders to embed change across operating models, ways of working, structures, people, and technology, leading training, communications, and capability uplift to build change resilience and readiness, and strengthening the enterprise-wide change capability to ensure lasting impact and value for all employees and members.
Required Skills and QualificationsApplicants will possess 10+ years' experience leading complex change programs, particularly in technology-driven transformation impacting operating models, people, structure, and process. Key skills include proven ability to translate high-level strategic objectives into actionable change management plans, ensuring alignment with organisational priorities, deep knowledge of change management methodologies, principles, and best practices, expertise in conducting change diagnostics and readiness assessments, surfacing insights to shape interventions, and ability to design, interpret, and report on adoption metrics and KPIs to measure change progress, benefits realisation, and cultural shifts.
Additionally, applicants will demonstrate exceptional stakeholder engagement, influencing, and communication skills, hands-on experience in developing and delivering clear, compelling communications for diverse audiences, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience using collaboration tools such as Confluence, Azure DevOps, Miro, and Jira.
