Corporate Administrator for M&A Team

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Corporate Administrator to join our Corporate M&A team in Sydney. As a key member of the team, you will provide administrative support to 2x Partners and wider team members.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual who can work effectively within a hybrid team, with a natural ability to organize and prioritize tasks. You will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and preparing correspondence/documentation, managing files, telephones, electronic diaries, and voicemail for team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative support to 2x Partners and wider team;
- Drafting, reviewing, and preparing correspondence/documentation;
- File management;
- Managing telephones, electronic diaries, and voicemail for team members;
- Organizing meetings, restaurant reservations, and travel bookings;
- General accounts, reporting, and monthly billing;
- Support with business development activities.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 12 months' experience in a legal secretarial position;
- Strong technical skills (MS Word, document management system, typing);
- A proactive approach to responsibilities and a drive to improve processes;
- A flexible and highly professional approach, working around the needs of the practice and stakeholders;
- The ability to anticipate the needs of Partners;
- A professional approach prioritizing effective working relationships.
