We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Risk Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) function, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective implementation of our ERM Framework and providing high-quality advice and support to our business partners.

The successful candidate will have experience in a risk and compliance role, with exposure to operational risk and compliance in a superannuation and/or platforms environment. They will possess intermediate knowledge of risk management/compliance frameworks, risk management and measurement methodologies and policies.

A strong understanding of the Australian financial services industry, preferably superannuation and investments, is essential. The ideal candidate will also have sound knowledge of the SIS Act, Corporation Act and AFS Licence requirements as they apply to Superannuation and Platform product issuers and operators.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering ERM reporting to AMP and BU Boards/Committees, Management forums and leaders. You will work closely with key stakeholders, including business representatives and senior leaders, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $120,000 and $180,000 AUD, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
