Key Responsibilities:

- National Expansion: Drive multi-site expansion, focusing on profitable growth.
- Operational Excellence: Deliver efficiencies and high-quality customer experiences.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Manage relationships with financial stakeholders, including banks and private equity partners.
- Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance metrics.
- Team Leadership: Lead a high-performing executive team and foster a culture of accountability and innovation.
- Capital Strategy: Guide capital strategy, refinancing, and funding structures.
- Negotiations and Partnerships: Represent the brand in major negotiations and partnerships.
Requirements:
- Proven success in a CEO or senior executive role within a national chain.
- Deep understanding of multi-site operations, customer experience, and hospitality industry metrics.
- Experience working with private equity investors and financial institutions.
- Strong track record of growing revenue, profitability, and physical footprint.
