Role Summary
Pacific Talent Partners is proud to partner with a market-leading professional services firm to appoint a foundational Chief Client Officer (CCO). With a national footprint of over 2,000 professionals, our client is entering a new era of strategic growth.
The Role
This pivotal executive leadership role is responsible for driving the national client strategy and business development agenda. The CCO will be instrumental in transforming the firm's market-facing functions, leading a fundamental shift towards a sophisticated, client-centric growth engine.
Operating in a dynamic partnership environment and reporting to the CEO, the CCO will be central to embedding a client-first mindset across the firm. This includes enhancing brand positioning, building market-leading client experiences, and equipping Partners and teams to deepen relationships and win in a competitive and evolving market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the national client strategy, aligning marketing, BD and CX teams behind a clear, measurable growth agenda
- Deliver integrated go-to-market programs in collaboration with Partners and sector leads
- Oversee strategic initiatives that drive business growth and revenue expansion
About You
You are a seasoned commercial leader with experience developing growth strategies and client functions within complex B2B or professional services environments. You thrive in partnership-led organisations, know how to influence across senior stakeholder groups, and bring a passion for elevating client engagement and delivering tangible commercial outcomes.
