Agile Leadership Specialist

Educate others in agile methodologies and provide coaching, leadership, and training.

Accountable for developing comprehensive delivery backlogs with top-down planning and task tracking through DevOps processes.

Facilitate program delivery using agile practices and develop agile artefacts.

  • Plan and forecast multiple releases at once.
  • Identify and analyse risks, issues, opportunities, and develop change strategies.
  • Design and implement agile operating models and strategies based on localised context and requirements.
  • Build and sustain relationships with stakeholders to identify opportunities and achieve delivery outcomes.
  • Resolve complex issues using professional knowledge and experience.

Develop solutions to drive business outcomes and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to negotiate deliverables and support levels to ensure effective delivery of business outcomes.
