Seeking an Agile Coach for a modernisation program to implement Scaled Agile & Scrum frameworks

**Your new company**

You will be working with a Federal Government client who is seeking to translate business vision and strategy into effective enterprise change of legacy ICT solutions, as a means to modernise the business capabilities and offerings to the Australian public.

**Your new role**

Your main deliverable will be to implement Scaled Agile & Scrum frameworks, collaborating with delivery teams to modernise and adjust their systems and processes to fit with agile best practice. You will work with technical and non-technical stakeholders, by using your collaborative, influential, and agile mindset to conduct agile workshops and training sessions, as a means to drive a change culture across the program. As a part of your role you will need to create training material, artefacts, and supporting documentation to support the implementation.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Strong experience working in digital modernisation and transformation programs before
- Present and act in a professional, agile, and politically neutral way, brining quality and integrity into everything you do.
- Have a motivating and empowering leadership approach to change management
- Demonstrated experience at working alongside SES levels, delivery high quality written communication, briefs, and workshops.
- Have a Baseline security Clearance
- Be based in Canberra and willing to work from the office 3 days a week

**What you'll get in return**

The opportunity to have an impact within a major digital modernisation program, working on an up to 6-month contract with another 2 extensions of up to 6-months pending client's approval.
