ANZ Distribution Partner Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as the ANZ Distribution Partner Development Manager. As a key member of our distribution team, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our cloud business in the Asia Pacific region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a strategy to acquire and nurture a network of distribution partners across multiple technology stacks.
- Work closely with regional sales and partner teams to identify and prioritize strategic distribution partners that add significant value to our cloud business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver the overall go-to-market strategy for our distribution business.
- Own reporting of the distribution business and participate in regular business reviews with leadership and stakeholders.
- Utilize internal Amazon systems to track key performance metrics and drive business growth.

Requirements- 3+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.
- Experience setting up and managing a sales pipeline.
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.
- Experience in program or project management.
