Family Dispute Resolution Services

Mallee Family Care is seeking a highly skilled and empathetic individual to join our team as a Family Dispute Resolution Specialist.
This role involves providing high-quality and inclusive family dispute resolution services, assisting families in developing and implementing child-focused parenting agreements when they are separating, have separated or divorced.
The successful candidate will possess tertiary qualifications relevant to community welfare practice, be an accredited and registered Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner with the Attorney-General's Department, and have a broad understanding of relevant legislative requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide high-quality and inclusive family dispute resolution services.
- Assist families in developing and implementing child-focused parenting agreements.
- Complete assessments with individuals and provide information, referral, and services to strengthen relationships and assist families through separation.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications relevant to community welfare practice.
- Accredited and registered Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner with the Attorney-General's Department.
- Broad understanding of relevant legislative requirements.
- A current driver's license.
- Willingsness to travel and preparedness to be accommodated overnight when required.
