Family Welfare Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Family Preservation and Reunification Practitioner.
The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to high-quality practice through informal supervision, coaching, consultation, support, and training for staff and students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Practice Leader with leadership of the Family Preservation and Reunification team.
- Contribute to service development and quality improvement practices.
- Provide casework in the FPR team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience and skills in assessment and clinical interventions.
- Sound knowledge of child welfare policies and procedures.
- Highly developed interpersonal, communication, written, verbal, and computer skills.
