Drive Revenue Growth

We are seeking a seasoned growth marketer with expertise in revenue acceleration and customer acquisition to join our dynamic marketing team. Reporting to the CEO, the successful candidate will be responsible for crafting and executing world-class growth strategies to fuel MasterRemit's expansion.

This key role involves setting business objectives while implementing plans and managing daily tasks. A proven track record in driving growth, customer engagement, and retention is essential. While your experience is in growth marketing for scale-up businesses, you understand the importance of a seamless customer experience that reflects our brand values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and develop comprehensive growth strategies to boost company performance.
  • Manage and execute top-tier campaigns across multiple channels to drive customer loyalty and strong returns on investment.
  • Analyse the conversion funnel, paid campaigns, and Google Analytics to pinpoint areas for improvement and implement strategies to maximise opportunities.
  • Collaborate with other members of the MasterRemit team to influence product direction and execute growth initiatives.
  • Gain a deep understanding of the customer journey to identify and fill product gaps, generate new ideas, and obtain valuable product feedback.
  • Maintain exceptional competitor knowledge and intelligence to stay ahead of industry trends.

About You

A minimum of 2+ years of experience in a growth marketing role within a high-performing business is required. We seek candidates with expertise in organic and paid campaigns across multiple channels, as well as a proven ability to build, lead, and execute successful growth strategies. Strong data- and customer-driven approaches, proficiency in marketing tools, and awareness of new technologies are highly beneficial.
