Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and engage with high-quality business and consumer leads.
  • Report to senior management to communicate progress and present forecasting results.
  • Build a quality outbound pipeline and own the sales process from beginning to end.
  • Conduct market research on robust cryptocurrency communities and analyze data to inform sales strategies.
  • Translate customer needs into prioritized product development.
  • Collaborate with marketing and remittance teams to generate leads and grow customer onboarding.
  • Monitor and report progress against set KPIs.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of sales-focused experience at a high-growth start-up or in cryptocurrency, fintech, or institutional sales.
  • Understanding of the cryptocurrency industry landscape (or willingness to learn).
  • Strong copywriting skills and ability to write engaging content.
  • Resourceful and relentless approach to driving success for your team and the business.
  • Strong product sense and understanding of good sales discovery.
