Desktop Support Officer Job Description

At Centorrino Technologies, we're seeking a skilled Desktop Support Officer to join our mobile team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality, onsite technical support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our customers' operations.
  • Develop a friendly bond with customers, providing personable support and assistance.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify areas for improvement and implement more efficient processes.
  • Seek customer feedback and actively work to improve results.
  • Identify problems or requests without existing processes and work with peers to develop and implement solutions.
  • Ensure documentation and procedures are up-to-date.
  • Take ownership of day-to-day technology issues and deal with external 3rd party organisations.
  • Collaborate with peers in other teams to ensure a successful outcome for the customer.

Requirements:

  • A passion for providing exceptional customer service, demonstrated through your ability to help people fix technical issues.
  • A keen interest in technology and a strong desire to ensure all technology is functioning optimally.
  • Effective communication skills when troubleshooting technical issues.
  • A positive attitude and can-do mindset, fostered by your proven track record of helping others resolve technical issues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, allowing you to effectively communicate with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Flexibility in handling unusual situations, such as staying back later or adjusting work schedules, to accommodate out-of-the-ordinary circumstances.
