**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a Technical Systems Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide technical and process support for our retail systems, including Aptos, Qlik, and Excel solutions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide technical solutions to bug and enhancement requests.
  • Identify problems with information technology system operations and provide potential workarounds.
  • Undertake a mentoring role within the business to promote and support TPG tools and methodologies.
  • Work closely with other groups in requirements gathering, undertake development of business
    requirements, process improvements, process mapping / design, and automated business systems.
  • Assist in problem management by developing recommended actions, function design and/or process
    changes, and the identification of skill or training gaps.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Strong technical competency and experience of SQL with experience in working with large data sets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of teaching others.
  • Advanced user competence in MS Office products;
  • Ability to effectively time manage whilst maintaining attention to detail.
  • Previous experience of Aptos retail business systems highly regarded.
  • Previous experience of Qlik reporting systems highly regarded.
  • Previous experience of Visual Studio highly regarded.
  • Previous experience in retail for multi site retail businesses highly regarded.
