IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. This role will involve providing technical support for various systems and platforms across the region.

About the Role

This is a hands-on position that requires excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing technical support for IT project rollouts
  • Managing regional system backups, server patching, and end-user device maintenance
  • Maintaining and updating systems, including Active Directory, Sentinel One, TeamViewer, and infrastructure firmware
  • Monitoring systems and keeping accurate records of infrastructure assets
  • Assisting in continuous IT systems improvement and providing staff training
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 5 years of similar experience in IT support or systems administration
  • Proficiency in MS Windows Server 2019, Desktop OS, Office 365/Microsoft 365/Azure, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, Microsoft Intune, VMware, Veeam, and AWS
  • Experience with network switches, patch panels, access points (Cisco Meraki preferred), and printer troubleshooting
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts for end-users
