
Senior Customer Experience Leader

Our team is seeking an exceptional leader to lead an expert team of bankers in delivering the signature customer experience and management of colleague banking experiences to build customer advocacy.
The successful candidate will be responsible for onboarding, coaching and deployment of resources within the team including career/succession planning, colleague leave, management, and recruitment.
They will also be expected to role model Distinctive Leadership and coaching to implement and embed Premier Ways of Working.
Requirements:- Exceptional leadership skills with a proven track record of delivering & driving strong & consistent results.
- Extensive experience in retail/commercial banking and/or credit assessment & management.
- Proven track record in leading teams to deliver complex sales.
- Ability to lead strategic initiatives, identify business opportunities and implement complex strategic plans.
