
Senior Customer Experience Leader

This role focuses on developing a team that excels at providing exceptional customer care. You will identify trends that improve our business and develop solutions to stay ahead of the competition.
The successful candidate will gain hands-on experience in change management and process improvement, creating a foundation for future senior leadership positions. They will also develop analytical skills through data-driven insights that are increasingly sought after across all industries.
The omnichannel retail experience gained, particularly in the dropship model, positions them perfectly for advancement in the rapidly growing e-commerce sector. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years people management experience, preferably in a customer service environment with a team of 10+ people. A background managing a remote team would be advantageous, but not essential.
