
Senior Customer Experience Leader

As a seasoned professional in customer-facing roles, you will be responsible for leading our Sydney-based team to drive exceptional service excellence.
- Manage orders, inquiries, complaints, and returns with precision and professionalism.
- Maintain effective communication channels with customers, the sales team, and stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and coaching to foster a positive and productive team environment.
- Continuously review processes and recommend improvements where necessary.
- Develop and manage local contract pricing strategies.
- Ensure seamless collaboration between the Customer Service team and internal/external stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
- A proven track record of success as a customer service supervisor or team leader.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in a technical/production environment, ideally with strong industry knowledge.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office software.
