Senior Manager Position Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager to drive exceptional customer experiences across our contact centre operations. This role is responsible for leading high-performing teams and developing strategic oversight, operational excellence, and a customer-first approach.

Job Description:

Manage Customer Service and Collections teams by setting and delivering operational strategies that meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and business objectives.

Foster collaboration and integration with existing teams, promoting alignment across all customer touchpoints through strategic oversight and operational excellence.

Develop and implement process improvements to enhance the customer experience while driving performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop high-performing Customer Service and Collections teams.
  • Set and deliver operational strategies that meet KPIs and business objectives.
  • Work with Customer Solutions teams and senior leaders to ensure consistent, aligned service delivery.
What You'll Bring:
  • Proven experience in leading contact centre operations within financial services or automotive leasing.
  • Experience in managing people and teams, focusing on performance while maintaining a positive team culture.
  • Strong understanding of key contact centre metrics and performance drivers.
  • Advanced Excel skills and the ability to analyse and present data effectively.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, influencing stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with proven problem-solving capabilities.
