Job Title:

The Member Engagement Manager position is a vital role within the organisation, responsible for leading and supporting member engagement initiatives across Western Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement an annual professional development program for members
  • Lead strategic communication, recruitment, retention, and support strategies for members
  • Oversee and administer membership renewals and licensing for Swim Teachers and Trainers
  • Promote member engagement through various channels, including media, website, social media, e-news, EDMs, and recognition events
  • Report on key metrics, including membership participation, professional development, and program outcomes
  • Supervise the Member Engagement Officer to ensure high-quality service and support

The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to develop and deliver effective programs that enhance member engagement and experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in program coordination, administration, or membership management
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Experience developing and delivering professional development programs
  • Ability to engage and support a member network through communication, events, and recognition
