About the Job

We are seeking a skilled professional to support our CDP Activities for Generating Income program (AGIs) and coordinate strategic projects. This role requires high-level support, community engagement, project management, and evaluation expertise.

  • Liaise with site teams under the direction of the CDP Manager to ensure successful project execution.
  • Monitor and evaluate AGIs to assess viability and identify opportunities for conversion into standalone enterprises.
  • Provide wrap-around support for new enterprises as they convert from AGIs.
  • Liaise cross-culturally with stakeholders to achieve strategic outcomes.
  • Support CDP strategic projects and events, including project planning, coordination, and on-the-ground support.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and experience working in a remote environment. They will also possess a deep understanding of community development principles and be able to build relationships with key stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Qualifications related to project management, business development, or community services.
  • Experience working with Aboriginal people in a remote environment.
