Program Officer Role

The role of a Program Officer in our organisation is to plan, coordinate and deliver community-based services and programs.

This involves working closely with colleagues to develop and execute a strategic marketing plan to promote our annual program.

To be successful in this position, you must demonstrate:

  • Experience in developing and delivering community-based services and programs

  • Strong relationship management skills, working with diverse groups
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing deadlines
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and use sound judgement
