About the Role

  • Leverage your expertise to drive performance and optimize operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement revenue-generating strategies to maximize profitability.
  • Oversee workforce planning, including rostering, recruitment, and staffing requirements.
  • Inspire and lead a high-performing team culture focused on excellence and accountability.

Requirements

  • A minimum 5 years of experience in senior management with a proven track record in building and growing gaming and hospitality venues.
  • Current RSA, Gaming Licence, and RMLV Approved Manager accreditation.
  • Proven ability to generate and implement revenue-building ideas throughout the venues.
  • Strong staff management experience with the ability to lead, develop, and motivate a high-performing team.
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
