Executive Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished food industry leader to spearhead the strategic management of our venues. This pivotal role will oversee the operational performance and profitability of multiple establishments.

The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in hospitality management to develop and execute business strategies that drive venue success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations, financial performance, and presentation standards across all venues.
  • Develop and manage financial forecasts, budgets, and cost control measures to ensure profitability.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement throughout all venues and implement effective solutions.
  • Oversee workforce planning, including rostering, recruitment, and staffing requirements.
  • Inspire, lead, and develop a high-performing team culture focused on excellence and accountability.

About You

  • A minimum of 5 years senior management experience in multi-venue food and beverage operations, including gaming.
  • Current RSA, Gaming Licence, and RMLV Approved Manager accreditation.
  • Proven track record of building and growing gaming and hospitality venues to reach their full potential.
  • Ability to generate and implement revenue-enhancing ideas across the venues.
  • Strong staff management experience, with the ability to lead, develop, and motivate a high-performing team.
