Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the position of Venue Manager - Multi Site.

This role involves managing multiple venues, developing revenue-generating strategies, and leading a high-performing team through strong leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive venue success.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, financial performance, and overall presentation of all venues.
  • Forecast, budget, and control costs to ensure profitability.
  • Identify operational improvements and implement effective solutions.
  • Oversee workforce planning, including rostering, recruitment, and staffing requirements.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team culture focused on excellence and accountability.
  • Ensure full compliance with industry legislation.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years multi-venue, food and beverage senior management experience, including gaming.
  • Current RSA, Gaming Licence, and RMLV Approved Manager accreditation.
  • Proven experience in building and growing gaming and hospitality venues to reach their full potential.
  • Ability to generate and implement revenue-building ideas throughout the venues.
  • Strong staff management experience, with the ability to lead, develop, and motivate a high-performing team.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Tertiary qualification in Hospitality/Business Management (not essential but viewed favourably).

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. They will have a proven track record of successfully managing multiple venues and driving business growth.
