Job Description:

">As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in driving success. We are seeking a driven and successful manager with experience in building a team and running venues at optimum efficiency.

This integral position will be responsible for managing multiple venues, focusing on developing revenue-generating strategies, identifying operational improvements, establishing policies, and leading a high-performing team through strong leadership.

The successful candidate will have a minimum 5 years of multi-venue senior management experience, including gaming, along with current RSA, Gaming Licence, and RMLV Approved Manager accreditation.

Key responsibilities include leveraging hospitality expertise to develop and execute strategic plans, managing day-to-day operations, financial performance, and presentation of all venues, as well as overseeing workforce planning, rostering, recruitment, and staffing requirements.

Furthermore, the successful candidate will inspire, lead, and develop a high-performing team culture focused on excellence and accountability, ensuring compliance with all licensing obligations and associated industry legislation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

">Proven experience in building and growing gaming and hospitality venues; exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal;

A degree in hospitality or a related field; relevant certifications such as RSA, Gaming Licence, and RMLV Approved Manager;

Minimum 5 years of multi-venue senior management experience.
