- Responsibilities Include:
- Leverage your expertise to drive financial performance and optimize operational efficiency across all venues.
- Develop and implement revenue-generating strategies to maximize profitability.
- Oversee workforce planning, including rostering, recruitment, and staffing requirements.
- Inspire and lead a high-performing team culture focused on excellence and accountability.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A minimum 5 years of experience in senior management, with a proven track record in building and growing gaming and hospitality venues.
- Current RSA, Gaming Licence, and RMLV Approved Manager accreditation.
- Proven ability to generate and implement revenue-building ideas throughout the venues.
- Strong staff management experience, with the ability to lead, develop, and motivate a high-performing team.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
