Change Management Specialist

We're undergoing an exciting business transformation to place us at the forefront of healthcare and achieve our ambition to be the health provider of choice.

The Change Analyst will provide hands on support to implement engaging change management strategies and enable us to enhance employee and consumer experience across the organisation.

  • Performing impact assessments across people, process and platforms;
  • Developing stakeholder engagement plans;
  • Supporting communication solutions with a focus on achieving awareness, desire and adoption of changes;
Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrable approach to change and projects;
  • Motivated and self-reliant;
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills and ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with team members, clients, stakeholders and service providers;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills across a diverse range of stakeholders;
