Organisational Transformation Expert

We are seeking an experienced Organisational Transformation Expert to support our client on a large-scale business makeover.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading key stakeholder relationships, working closely with the Programme Director & Change Director to assist with project planning, change impact assessments, training and communication strategies.
This role requires 5+ years of senior-level experience in management consulting, with expertise in financial services domain and experience spanning both project delivery and change management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing comprehensive business strategies, aligning goals with the organisation's objectives
- Evaluating organisational readiness for change through thorough assessments of current processes, culture, and stakeholder dynamics
- Designing and implementing enterprise-wide change management initiatives, fostering a culture of adaptability and resilience
- Utilising effective communication and stakeholder engagement strategies to mitigate resistance and facilitate smooth transitions during periods of change
This is a long-term programme of work where you'll be working with stakeholders across multiple divisions of a large financial services company.
