**Role and Responsibilities**

Reporting to the Head of Enabling Services, the Organisational Change and Excellence Lead is a strategic position to support the High-Technology and High-Performance culture of CAE.

The role will be required to work with the Senior Leadership team to create and execute a sustainable change management strategy and, identify and execute transformational projects and improvement plans.

The role will also be required to work at various levels of the organization thus creating and maintaining a culture where it empowers employee to optimize day-to-day practices, and accelerate the change mindset.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop and lead a change management and improvement strategy. This includes developing a change management framework and tools.
- Manage and execute change activities across various initiatives (e.g. Change Impact Assessments, Communication, Engagement, Learning, Reinforcement etc.)
- Develop, manage, deploy or improve the architecture of CAE's management systems (e.g., Quality Management System, Safety Management System, etc.) and processes, tools linked to metrics, scorecard and other measurable performance indicators.
- Effective and efficient sustainment of business processes and continuous improvement activities. This will involve workshops, kaizens, coaching and mentoring using techniques in LEAN and Six Sigma, ADKAR, McKinseys 7, etc.
- Qualification in continuous, business process improvement or change management (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, CMMI, Prosci-Change Management)
- 5+ years of experience in similar role
- Ability to lead or manage teams, influencing behavioral and cultural change to meet the change strategy, outcomes or goals
- Experience in diagnostic approaches or problem-solving techniques to uncover operational improvement opportunities
- Willing to travel within Australia and International
