We are seeking an Organisational Change Specialist to join our team.

About the Role
  • This is a unique opportunity for a change expert to make a real impact in a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing the change impact of business transformations across various departments and teams, developing and implementing effective change management strategies and plans, and providing coaching and support to leaders and managers to enable them to effectively lead their teams through the change process.
  • Key responsibilities include conducting thorough stakeholder analysis, designing and delivering communication plans, monitoring and evaluating the success of change initiatives, and gathering feedback to inform future improvements.
Key Qualifications
  • Proven experience in organisational change management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team.
