Job Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic professional to lead our national promotional efforts.

  • This role involves developing and executing promotional plans across key retailers, ensuring alignment with our business strategy and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, advanced Excel knowledge, and experience in trade promotions or revenue management.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and manage promotional campaigns that drive sales and market share growth.
  2. Analyze promotional ROI and provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
  3. Maintain accurate promotional data to support demand planning, supply readiness, and inventory optimization.
  4. Collaborate cross-functionally to review forecast accuracy and improve demand inputs based on promo performance insights.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of FMCG experience in trade promotions, sales operations, or revenue management.
  • Proficiency in Telus TPO, Blue Yonder (JDA), and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments with a high sense of ownership.
