About the Role

The Promotions and Offers Strategist will support the development and execution of effective promotions and offers to attract and retain customers.

Cross-functional collaboration is essential, working closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to create compelling offers and campaigns that drive business objectives and meet customer needs.

  • Establish a comprehensive promotions and offer strategy aligned with new revenue and lifetime value goals.
  • Program-manage the launch, monitoring, and reporting of trialist and customer promotions and incentives in both direct and partner businesses.
  • Create and manage promotional calendars for timely offer execution.
  • Develop creative assets and marketing materials in partnership with performance marketing and lifecycle teams.
  • Work with automation and third-party platforms to deliver efficient fulfillment of various offers.
  • Monitor and analyze promotion performance, providing regular reports and insights for optimization.
  • Identify opportunities for segmentation and personalization of offers to improve targeting and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Experience in growth, CRM, or product optimization, focusing on promotions.
  • Previous experience running similar lifecycle promotional programs is beneficial.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Strong background in CRM and digital marketing.
  • Experience with A/B testing, multivariate testing, and statistical analysis.
  • SQL knowledge preferred.
  • Background in consulting, finance, or banking is considered an asset.
