Responsibilities:

  • Develop and communicate seasonal strategies across functions such as Retail, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, and Store Design.
  • Deliver impactful product training and storytelling.
  • Adapt global initiatives to drive local relevance and growth.
  • Analyze sales trends and inventory, developing action plans.
  • Recommend visual, promotional, and product adjustments to enhance performance.
  • Identify replenishment and incentive opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership in merchandise planning within fashion or apparel retail.
  • Exceptional Excel and data analysis skills to interpret complex metrics and financial data.
  • Strategic thinking, market trend analysis, and innovative product strategy development.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities.
