We are seeking a highly skilled tax professional to join our team as a Senior Tax Strategist in our Tax Advisory department.

This role presents a unique chance for you to utilise your expertise and make a significant impact on the tax strategies of our clients.

Role Overview:

As a Senior Tax Strategist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality tax advice, managing complex transactions, and ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a key advisor on tax matters, providing strategic guidance to clients and stakeholders;
  • Develop and implement tax strategies to optimise client outcomes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements;
  • Manage and coordinate tax projects, including audits, compliance and advisory services;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated tax solutions;
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, advising clients on implications and opportunities;
  • Lead and mentor junior staff, developing their skills and knowledge in tax advisory services;
Qualifications & Experience:
  • CA or CPA qualified; CTA or Master of Taxation is highly regarded;
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in tax advisory services, preferably in a senior leadership role;
  • Strong technical knowledge of Australian tax law and business advisory practices;
  • Proven ability to manage complex tax projects and advise clients on strategic tax matters;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders;
