At the forefront of our organization, we have a pivotal role that demands strategic vision and exceptional analytical prowess. As a Senior Promotions Analyst, you will play a crucial part in bolstering the Content and Distribution Partner Teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • We are seeking an individual who can build granular, scenario-based forecasts for all physical and digital promotions, taking into account baseline data, seasonality, macro conditions, and retail dynamics to accurately model expected performance.
  • You will triangulate multiple data points—including historical sales, category trends, partner feedback, and promotional mechanics—to create insightful, data-backed forecasts that inform promotional strategy.
  • Your responsibilities will include managing the planning and execution of high-volume marketing campaigns annually across digital and physical retail channels, ensuring timely delivery, brand compliance, and discipline in budget management.

Critical Skills:

  • You must be able to coordinate campaign workflows, calendars, documentation, and reporting to ensure consistency, auditability, and alignment across stakeholders.
  • Maintaining situational awareness and reporting on campaign performance; delivering post-campaign analytics and actionable insights to drive continuous improvement is also essential.
  • Collaboration with Account Managers and internal stakeholders to develop and execute promotional plans, focusing on ROI, fund allocation, and spend management, is critical.
  • Partnership with the Finance Team to manage accruals, forecasts, and actuals; reconciling spend and tracking performance against plan requires strong analytical skills.

  • A commercial mindset with a proven track record of driving performance through predictive analytics is required.
