Job Overview

The Senior Promotions Analyst plays a vital role in supporting the Content and Distribution Partner Teams by combining strong analytical thinking with hands-on campaign execution.

This position requires someone who thrives on delivering accurate and actionable promotional forecasts through triangulating diverse data sources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create granular, scenario-based forecasts for all promotions, incorporating baseline data, seasonality, macro conditions, and retail dynamics to model expected performance.
  • Triangulate multiple data points—including historical sales, category trends, partner feedback, and promotional mechanics—to create insightful, data-backed forecasts that inform promotional strategy.
  • Manage planning and execution of high-volume marketing campaigns across digital and physical retail channels, ensuring timely delivery, brand compliance, and optimal results.
  • Coordinate campaign workflows, calendars, documentation, and reporting to ensure consistency, auditability, and alignment across stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance; deliver post-campaign analytics and actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.

  • Develop and maintain knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve.
