Senior Digital Marketing Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Strategist to lead our paid digital strategies across search, social, and affiliate channels.

As a Senior Digital Marketing Strategist, you will drive traffic, conversion, and ROI through expertly executed performance campaigns and lead a growing team of digital specialists.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years' experience in digital performance marketing, ideally within eCommerce or fashion, with a proven track record of delivering results-driven campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimise full-funnel digital marketing strategies across paid search, paid social, and affiliate marketing.
  • Manage day-to-day campaign performance using platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads.
  • Monitor KPIs, ROAS, and customer acquisition metrics; deliver clear reports and insights.
  • Oversee budgets, forecasting, and spend reallocation to maximise performance.
  • Lead a team of digital marketers, setting clear goals and promoting continuous learning.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (CRM, eCommerce, creative) and external vendors to deliver high-impact campaigns.
  • Ensure tracking accuracy, platform integrations, and compliance with privacy standards.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years' experience in digital performance marketing, ideally within eCommerce or fashion.
  • Proven results in paid media management and budget optimisation.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, GA4, Looker Studio, Meta Ads, and related tools.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and analytical skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-focused environment.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Digital Media, or similar.
