Are you passionate about creating impactful promotions that drive business results? We are seeking a skilled Promotions Strategist to join our team.

About the Role

The Promotions Strategist plays a critical role in developing and executing effective promotions that attract and retain customers. This individual will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and sales, to create compelling offers and campaigns that meet customer needs and drive business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and manage promotional calendars to ensure timely execution of offers and promotions.
  2. Collaborate with Performance Marketing and Lifecycle teams to develop creative assets and marketing materials for scalable promotion support.
  3. Work with Marketing Automation and third-party platforms to deliver efficient, user-friendly fulfillment of offers, including e-gift cards.
  4. Monitor and analyze promotion performance, providing regular reports and insights for optimization.
  5. Identify opportunities for segmentation and personalization to enhance targeting and effectiveness.

Your Qualifications

  • Experience in Growth, CRM, or Product roles focusing on optimizing promotions.
  • Previous experience managing lifecycle promotional programs is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Solid experience in CRM and Digital Marketing.
  • Experience with A/B testing, multivariate testing, and statistical analysis.
  • SQL knowledge is highly preferred.
  • Experience in consulting, finance, or banking is considered a plus.
