We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing strategic relationships with high-value customers and driving business growth.

About the Role

This is a hands-on position that requires a strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions that drive results.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts and develop strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Buid trusted relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders across multiple departments
  • Understand each customer's unique needs and develop solutions that meet those needs
  • Lead planning sessions and quarterly business reviews to align with customer goals
  • Drive contract renewals and carrier optimization to grow our footprint
  • Advocate on behalf of our customers to ensure their needs are met
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in logistics, supply chain, or related field
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage large account revenue
  • Understanding of carrier networks, cost-to-serve models, and delivery KPIs
  • Data-driven mindset and ability to distill performance insights into action
