Job Summary:
Face2face Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team. As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR department, ensuring the smooth operation of our recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Documentation: Administer and maintain accurate and up-to-date HR-related documentation, including contracts of employment, employee files, and databases.
- Employee Records: Compile and update employee records, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process, including setting up interviews, issuing relevant correspondence, and coordinating job applications.
- Job Advertising: Post job ads and coordinate resumes and job applications to ensure a high-quality candidate pool.
Requirements:
- Education: Relevant qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR-related role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
