Job Title: Customer Service Shift SupervisorWe're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Shift Supervisor. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leading by example, and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a strong commitment to customer service and setting the standard for our team.
- Supervise and support our customer service team, providing guidance and coaching as needed.
- Ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service, meeting or exceeding our customer service standards.
- Work collaboratively with our management team to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire our team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
