Customer Service Shift Supervisor

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Customer Service team as a Shift Supervisor. Reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager, this successful applicant will be given the training and skills required to run and supervise the Customer Service Department in the absence of the Manager.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Supervise and train customer service team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.
- Monitor and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through regular feedback and coaching.
- Assist with the implementation of new processes and procedures to improve customer service and overall store performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
