About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at O'Brien Glass Industries Limited. As a key member of our Customer Service and Administration Team, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide face-to-face customer service, greeting customers and visitors with a positive and helpful attitude.
  • Ensure our customers have the best experience within the branch, answering their inquiries and providing support to the manager and daily operations.
  • Effectively communicate with customers, keeping them updated on delivery lead times and undertaking repair inspections on vehicles.
  • Explore customer needs, educate them on our full scope of services, and issue invoices and raise job authorities as required.
  • Schedule repair bookings, source suitable resolutions to customer concerns, and follow up on customer queries.

About You:

  • Professional communication and presentation skills, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A current driver's license and ability to resolve issues and create solutions for customers.
  • Support the Branch manager with administrative tasks, working in a fast-paced workplace with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
